These terms govern your use of the PICKEYE website, operated by Pickshield Security Services Pvt. Ltd.. Monitoring services are provided under a separate written service agreement, which takes priority over these terms if there is any conflict.

1. Website information

Content on this website is for general information. Visuals of control rooms, camera feeds and dashboards are illustrative unless stated otherwise. Cost calculator results are estimates based on the figures you enter and are not a quotation or a guarantee of savings.

2. Nature of the service

• PICKEYE provides remote visual monitoring of camera feeds during agreed hours and notifies designated contacts according to an agreed procedure.
• The service does not include physical intervention, patrolling, access control or emergency response unless agreed in writing.
• The service is not a guarantee that incidents, losses or damage will be prevented or detected.

3. Client responsibilities

• Providing working cameras, power backup and a stable internet connection.
• Keeping contact and escalation lists up to date.
• Installing and using cameras lawfully, including notices to people on the premises.
• Keeping recorder and camera credentials secure and informing us of any change.

4. Service limitations

Monitoring depends on camera positioning, image quality, lighting, network connectivity and the agreed scope. We cannot monitor cameras that are offline, obstructed or outside the agreed list.

5. Fees

Fees, billing cycles, taxes and payment terms are set out in your quotation and service agreement.

6. Liability

7. Governing law
