Factory CCTV Monitoring & Camera Surveillance

Factories have wide plots, several gates, scrap yards and expensive machinery. PICKEYE operators watch your factory CCTV cameras live, so activity at the gate, along the boundary wall or on the shop floor after hours is reported while it is happening.

The challenge

Why manufacturing & factories need more than CCTV recording.

Cameras record what happens. Live camera surveillance by a trained operator means someone notices while it is happening.
  • Large perimeters

Long boundary walls and back gates are rarely watched all night by guards on foot.

  • Material and scrap theft

Raw material, finished goods and scrap are often moved out quietly at night or on holidays.

  • Shift changes and breaks

Gaps appear when guards change shifts, take breaks or are absent.

Camera surveillance areas we typically cover

Most factories start with a 12-hour night plan on gate, perimeter and store cameras, and move to 24 hours where production runs round the clock.

Monitoring effectiveness depends on camera positioning, image quality, lighting, network connectivity and the agreed scope of service. We review these with you during the assessment.

  • Main and service gates
  • Boundary walls and fences
  • Stores and raw material yards
  • Scrap yards
  • Shop floor after hours
  • Loading and dispatch areas

What operators report

  • Gate and boundary movement
  • After-hours activity on the shop floor
  • Access to stores and scrap yards

How it works

Getting started takes four steps.

  1. Step 1

    Connect Your Cameras

Install compatible CCTV cameras or let us assess your existing infrastructure, recorder and internet connection.

  2. Step 2

    Choose Your Plan

Select 12-hour or 24-hour monitoring and agree which cameras, areas and incidents are covered.

  3. Step 3

    Live Human Monitoring

Trained professionals in our control room watch your assigned camera feeds during the monitored hours.

  4. Step 4

    Receive Alerts

When suspicious activity or a predefined incident is observed, your designated contacts are notified as agreed.

FAQ

Questions from manufacturing & factories

Can you monitor a factory that runs three shifts?

Yes. A 24-hour plan covers all shifts. We agree which cameras matter in each shift, for example stores and gates during production hours and the full perimeter at night.

Will remote monitoring replace our factory guards?

Not completely. Guards are still needed for gate entry checks and physical response. Remote monitoring helps cover more area with fewer people and adds a second check on what guards may miss.
