Hotel CCTV Monitoring & Camera Surveillance

Hotels need security that guests do not notice. PICKEYE watches back-of-house, service entrances, parking and perimeters, and informs your duty manager when something needs attention.

The challenge

Why hotels & hospitality need more than CCTV recording.

Cameras record what happens. Live camera surveillance by a trained operator means someone notices while it is happening.
  • Guest experience

Visible guards everywhere can feel uncomfortable for guests.

  • Back-of-house areas

Stores, kitchens and service entrances are quiet at night.

  • Parking and driveways

Vehicles and valuables in parking areas need watching.

Camera surveillance areas we typically cover

24-hour monitoring suits most hotels. Resorts with large grounds may focus cameras on the perimeter at night.

Monitoring effectiveness depends on camera positioning, image quality, lighting, network connectivity and the agreed scope of service. We review these with you during the assessment.

  • Service entrance
  • Stores and kitchen access
  • Parking and driveway
  • Perimeter and garden areas
  • Rooftop
